Elisha has graduated x 2!!

I am so excited!! Yesterday, I was able to pick up my official Indiana University diploma yesterday. It seems VERY official now that I AM a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Yay!! Now, I just have to take my boards so I can become board certified. I am applying for that this week. Thank God Ivy Tech is paying for my testing which is $300.00. What a blessing!!!

Secondly, I graduated from my Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner course last night. Yay x 2. This was a wonderful course and I learned so much!! Now, it is time for the challenge- to begin forensic examination of the women (or men) who have been sexually assaulted. I will be on call at least 48 hours a month for the Center of Hope at Community Hospitals. I feel very good about trying to make a difference in the lives of these victims. I just pray that God uses me to bless those people in their time of need. I thank God for these opportunities.
